Rev. Dr. Ochoa was the Youth Coordinator for the Council of Evangelical Methodist Churches in Latin America. He has been a pastor, Director of the Hispanic/Latino Movement and Developing Churches in the NWTX Conference and recognized as Evangelist of the Year 2010. He is a leadership coach, professor, and director of the Hispanic House of Study at United Theological Seminary, Dayton, OH.

Rev. Jorge Riano planted 14 churches and was the Pastor of the Methodist Church in Cuba. In the USA he planted and pastors the successful Church Vida Abundante in Lubbock, TX. He was recognized as the 2024 Evangelist of the Year at the NWTX Conference. He has a solid background in community medicine and practical theology and is a professor at the United Theological Seminary, Dayton Ohio.
